This was the schedule for a visiting team. 

How to prepare for 10 days of mission work.

• Be in focused prayer before you come.
• Prepare an encouraging devotion/sermonette to share (share draft with your host)
• Practice your host country's language
• Get excited about your host countries food. Note the name of a dish you want to try.
• Limit yourself to 1 suitcase 
• Do not forget bug spray, sunblock, snacks and an electrical socket adapter (type E or C)
• Consider your expectations for this trip
